WOMEN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR MINORITY (NAI ROSHNI PROGRAMME)

Society has organized various awareness programmes in Distt. Varanasi, Mau, Basti for six days with seven batches for 800 women, it included leadership training, swach bharat, digital india e.t.c. After this training programme, one year handholding training programme was executed for all 800 women that was aimed at making women aware about the need for financial independence.

The rural women in large number attended the programme and it was felt by the participants that this kind of programmes are very useful in the village where minority women awareness about their financial independence is very low. Further, they were informed about various kinds of schemes formed and executed by Ministry of Minority Affairs for welfare of the women in education, employment of technical guidance etc.
