NATIONAL CHILD LABOUR PROJECTS

The Society managed two schools for Child Labour to Promote education for poor children who were unable to join school due to poverty and other responsibilities of their family. Society started the education centre in two different locations in Lucknow that were allotted by State Government to educate the labourers children whose age was more than 9 years and not exceeding 14 years. Four class teachers along with two management employees and three aayas were appointed to take care of the two centers. Mid day meals were provided to the children. The efforts of the Society threw a new light of hope for labourers, who were illiterate and wished their children to study.
